MASCARA 101 here are some tricks that you can use to make your lashes more lush. -GET RID OF THE CLUMP get a cup full of warm water and put your mascara tube in the water and let it sit there for about 5 minutes or so. this makes the mascara formula less clumpy and good as new. also you can get a spray bottle and lightly mist the mascara wand and wait about 10 seconds, and then apply the mascara onto your lashes. the water dilutes the product just enough so that it leaves a little bit of the color without the clumps. (this trick does not work on waterproof mascara) -LAYER YOUR MASCARA if you are in a budget and can’t afford those brand name mascaras you can layer your mascara to get that full effect. use a thickening mascara, then a lengthening together. wait 45 seconds between coats to avoid clumping. -BOOST YOUR ROOTS apply liner at the base of your lashes to make them look thicker. also you can use the wiggle trick, beginning from the roots to the ends. -CURL YOUR LASHES curling your lashes gives you the fullness you need. make sure you don’t go curl crazy with your lashes that it doesn’t look like a normal curl, it will just make your lashes appear too short. so be careful. also try putting a thin layer of mascara on before curling your lashes. wait a couple of seconds before curling. the first coat of mascara can help hold the curl longer.
