It’s kind of hard not asking this question when you want a right look for your face shape. Well, here are some tips on what hairstyle is perfect for your face shape.

HEART- choose either a thick, choppy pixie cut that’s full on top or a longer style with layers that start at the cheekbones and graduate downward. if you have bangs, they’re best worn brushed off to the side.

OVAL- choose almost any cut you want, but keep in mind that very long or short hair  may accentuate a long face. to create the illusion of more width, cut bangs if your hair is straight or enhance your natural waves. a chin length bob will also add fullness.

ROUND- choose a cut that hangs below the chin, or a very short cut with tapered layers. wispy pieces that fall softly around the cheeks and chin will de-emphasize fullness. parting the hair on the side and styling height into the crown at the head can as length to the face.

SQUARE- choose face framing cuts to counter the harshness of the chin and jaw line. if hair is long, that means snipping layers so they start at the jaw and gradually get longer toward the back. if you’re going short ask for a choppy pixie style. and avoid anything blunt, including square-off bobs and straight across bangs.
